Managing Your Public Reviewer Profile
Your reviewer profile is how users discover you. Keeping it up-to-date and compelling is key to attracting review requests. You can manage your profile via 'Settings' > 'Edit Reviewer Profile' in the app.
How to Access Your Profile Settings
Navigate to Settings > Edit Reviewer Profile in the app to manage all aspects of your public profile.
Key Profile Sections to Manage
Full Name
Your display name that users will see when browsing reviewers.
Tip: Use your real name or a professional pseudonym that builds trust.
Bio
Your personal introduction and description of your review style and expertise.
Tip: Make this engaging and informative. Highlight what makes your reviews valuable and unique.
Location
Your city, state, and country to help users find local reviewers if they prefer.
Tip: Some users prefer reviewers from their area for cultural context.
Profile Photos
Upload up to 6 high-quality photos of yourself for your public profile.
Tip: These are crucial for making a good first impression. Use clear, professional-looking photos.
Intro Video URL
Link to your hosted intro video if you want to change from your application video.
Tip: A good intro video can significantly increase your booking rate.
Social Media Handles
Update your Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X usernames (without the '@').
Tip: Social media presence can build credibility and showcase your expertise.
Specialties
Choose up to 3 specialties that best describe your review focus.
Tip: You can update these as your focus evolves. Choose specialties that genuinely reflect your strengths.
Response Time
Set your typical turnaround time for delivering reviews.
Tip: Be realistic to manage user expectations. Faster response times can attract more bookings.
Profile Visibility (Active Status)
Active Profile Toggle
You can toggle your profile's active status. If 'Active Profile' is OFF, you will not appear in the reviewer marketplace and will not receive new review requests.
This is useful if you're temporarily unavailable or need a break from taking new requests.
Important Note
You are still expected to complete any reviews already assigned to you even if your profile is inactive.
