Managing Your Public Reviewer Profile

4 min readFor Reviewers

Your reviewer profile is how users discover you. Keeping it up-to-date and compelling is key to attracting review requests. You can manage your profile via 'Settings' > 'Edit Reviewer Profile' in the app.

How to Access Your Profile Settings

Navigate to Settings > Edit Reviewer Profile in the app to manage all aspects of your public profile.

Your personal introduction and description of your review style and expertise.

Tip: Make this engaging and informative. Highlight what makes your reviews valuable and unique.

Location

Your city, state, and country to help users find local reviewers if they prefer.

Tip: Some users prefer reviewers from their area for cultural context.

Profile Photos

Upload up to 6 high-quality photos of yourself for your public profile.

Tip: These are crucial for making a good first impression. Use clear, professional-looking photos.

Link to your hosted intro video if you want to change from your application video.

Tip: A good intro video can significantly increase your booking rate.
