Step-by-Step Guide

Select a Reviewer & Package

Browse the 'Reviewers' tab, view profiles, and choose a package that suits your needs. Tap the 'Select' button on your chosen package.

Proceed to Checkout

You'll be taken to the checkout screen, which will summarize your selected reviewer, package, and the total price.

Choose Payment Method

Select from available payment options based on your platform (Stripe for web/Android, Apple In-App Purchase for iOS).

Apply Credits (if available)

Any sharing credits from previous reviews with the same reviewer will be automatically applied to reduce your total.

Confirm Payment

Follow the on-screen prompts to securely complete your payment and receive confirmation.

Web & Android (Stripe)

If you're using our website or the Android app (and Stripe in-app payments are enabled), you'll typically pay using Stripe. You can enter your credit/debit card details directly.

What Happens After Payment

Once your payment is successfully processed, your request status will change to 'Pending Submission'. You will then be prompted to upload your profile materials (photos, answers to questions) for the reviewer.

Next Step: You'll receive a confirmation email and can immediately proceed to submit your profile for review.

Troubleshooting Payment Issues

Card Declined

Double-check your card details, ensure sufficient funds, and that the card is not expired. Contact your bank if the issue persists.

IAP Issues (iOS/Android)

Ensure your App Store/Google Play account has a valid payment method. You might need to update your payment information in your device's store settings.

General Errors

If you encounter an error message, try again after a few minutes. If the problem continues, please contact our support team with details of the error and the package you were trying to purchase.

Applying Credits

Sharing Credits

If you have earned a sharing credit from a previous review with the same reviewer, and that reviewer offers a sharing discount, it may be automatically applied to your purchase. The discount will be reflected in the final price at checkout.

Credits are earned when you allow anonymous sharing of your review results and the reviewer offers this incentive.
